Good Overall Provides whay you need for your stay, at a fair price.
Shelter from the storm Needed a cheap place to stay during Hurricane Matthew that was close to work and in a flood-free area. This hotel met the requirements.
In town Getaway Okay. Loud neighbors, doors ajar and no consideration for others quiet time. Rooms w pets s/b in one area.

Comfy Rooms We enjoyed our stay, the front desk staff was very informative and friendly. We liked the fact that we were not disturbed by daily maids coming into our room. The area was very safe, and there were plenty of grocery stores to buy food for our stay. We will return to Extended Stay when we visit Jacksonville again. My room was great; however, the hallways and elevator area on the 3rd floor were filthy. Needs updated but overall a nice stay. Was a little disappointed that there were not enough dishes and cookware for all the hotel guests. We had to buy our own pots and some bowls. I understand why they may not be stored in the room, but in that instance, each room should have a designated set of supplies. There were only three towels in the entire room (max occupancy is 6); and no bedding for the sleeper sofa. They were completely out of pillows and only had one blanket (had to ask for both as they weren't in the room) for... read more

Roomy We went has a family of six and there was enough room that we didn't feel crowded or uncomfortable. Stayed only one night but we got a chance to go to the beach close location about 20 minutes. Loved the stay
