Just what you'd expect from Extended Stay It was satisfactory. I'm becoming more and more impressed with ESA as a chain. I've gotten what I expected each time. Usually all I need is some place to crash, or maybe to watch t.v. for a couple of hours. Quite satisfactory.

The tv didnt work in 1 0f the 3 rooms that i had for my guest. 2 of the rooms sheets had burn holes and the room was nonsmoking. 2 of the rooms had roaches inside. Went to front desk for fresh towels was told they didnt have any clean ones to give out yet.

Poor service, eh room Staff would not replace down/feather pillows even though I asked them to both at check-in, and also upon finding the pillows in my room. Had to put pillows in the hallway due to an allergy and they stayed there until we checked out without being replaced. Hotel does not provide shampoo/conditioner, there is a sign saying to ask the front desk if you need those items but when I asked I was told that they are out of them. The room was acceptable but nothing to book again unless nothing else is available.
