I had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. The front desk wasn't very professional they were having a conversation not pertaining to work outside stuff and carried on while I stood there waiting on them to finish up then can to check me in.
Franchised Establishments Giving the quietness cleanliness and comfort of rest I will say my stay was exceptional and I have booked another week..
Good overall The area around the hotel is not the best. This hotel is located in the bad part of Jax but is very secure. The only way in is through your key card. The staff was very nice and friendly, they tried to help accommodate my family and I the best they could. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Beds were nice and comfy. There was alot of room to be able to move about. There is a stove microwave fridge and sink for you to use although you have to supply your own dishes, pots, pans, soap, sponge, etc. Very nice b... read more
Very good
Average It was a average hotel stay nothing special. The lights are on a motion senser so as you turn over in bed they would come on until you figure them out.
Not for single ladies Fire alarm went off at 8 to 830 then fire station did not come reset ....when went to ask front desk if safe to return to room they had pulled front desk where there was no way to ask....appeared off highway and was in a little scary area to have hotel.
Couldn’t find the remote to the tv but no one was on duty to ask at the front desk for help. However, overall the stay was nice to get some work done. Would recommend to anyone who need some quiet time to get things done.
Small Beds There was nothing wrong except that every bed in the establishment is a single bed. All of them..They need bigger beds because if you are taller than 6'3" you are going to have a problem
