Roaches and staff was unavailable for late check in
Was ok and clean. They don't offer breakfast, no iron and ironing board in the room.
Impressed This was our first ever stay at a Woodsprings Suite Hotel and we were impressed. Loved the security of the hotel and helpful staff
Adequate. Room was okay. It was a little noisy from other guests. No one was around in the early morning to check out. There needs to be a box or something to leave your key. For an overnight probably wouldn't stay there again.
Room need more cleaning / sweeping.
The reason I stated being uncomfortable is due to the fact that whomever was next door to my room was playing their music extremely LOUD all day till about 2am
It was good we enjoyed the room but the bed was small though... Had our backs hurting!
