Good Stay Stay was good. probably should be priced a few dollars less.
Decent for a quick stay. It's located near restaurants and small local businesses. Room was comfortable but the bathroom floor was not swept. There were a few dishes to cook with if needed to. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

I was a little disappointed... The hotel staff was friendly, but I received two key cards that didn't work and the room couldn't seem to get cool no matter what temp I set it to, so it ended up being pretty stuffy. I was very surprised that the room had no hair dryer...most places have those so, of course, I didn't bring mine. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't pull closed all the way. Great for the Price I reserved the day before and expected a lot less than what I got. Price was best by far! Be advised, the name has changed from Homestead to Extended Stay!!
Graduation stay Front desk crew very accommodating with blow dryer and toothpaste as we forgot that Extended Stay does not provide these items. Luckily a CVS is right across the street for anything you might need. One bed had no mattress pad, the other was fully made up. Everything was clean and towels stocked. However, we were upstairs in a non-smoking room and each evening the smell of smoke came through the bathroom ventilation system...
Needs up keep I had no toilet paper And no shampoo
