Fine for the night Extended stay, full kitchen. I just needed a room. Location was great. Room was adequate. Plenty of places to eat at St John's Town Center. No problems at all with the service or the room. It is a little run down, but I was staying by myself and I will likely stay there again. There are smoking rooms on the other side of the property, so be careful if you are sensitive to that. But my room had no problems.

Extened Stay America Jax This hotel was the perfect answer to our needs. Our son needed a place to stay during his first week at the University of North Florida. The school was behind schedule with dorm room assignments. This hotel is directly across the street from the St. Johns mall which the school has a shuttle service to with a 30 minute interval. One nighter For the Expedia price it was worth it. I was just looking for a place to stay one night after moving my son to college. It was close to his school, and worked for that purpose.

Ok.... The only thing that made my stay miserable was the fact that I had no air and was not accommodated nor contacted by the General Mgr.

This is NOT a Continental Breakfast! Served purpose for overnight sleep. However there were NO kitchen utensils such as silverware or plates or cups. AND THE ADVERTISED CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS A FARSE. Coffee, and granola bars and muffins. Hot water and oatmeal was it. No juice, no milk, not even cereal !

location location location!! We arrived late at night after a drive from North Carolina . We had reserved two smoking rooms but only one had been held, so my husband and I took another room around the corner from the rest of the family. The room was clean, and comfortable. The location is absoutely perfect, directly across the street is a HUGE mall. Target, costco, cvs pharmacy, gas station, lots and lots of stores and eatery available. This was good for a quick stop. Inexpensive and good location.
