No room service or additional towels unless paid for. power outages at least 2 times. Apparently this happens and hotels doesn't have a generator for emergencies. Hotel staff could only tell me that owners are cheap. Seriously!! 1 overnight staff was ao busy on her cellphone she gave me wrong info and service could be alot better. Clean room,. Sevice ans experience could be better

The rooms had very poor lighting especially in the bathroom. The ‘studios’ with kitchenettes did not have any dishes or silverware or anything in them which made it kind of useless. No privacy! The walls and ceilings were paper thin! I could hear everything in the hallway and everything in the rooms next door to me. Meaning basic conversation from people could be heard right through the walls. The company that built this building should’ve spent a lot more on insulation between rooms in between floors.
