Check in was quick, and easy. When I first got there it seemed very nice. The room I was given at check in was not 100% clean, it seemed like they spread the bed without changing the sheets, just to be honest. I called front desk and my boyfriend changed the bedding. Floor was not mopped or swept. The floor felt very dusty, and there was 3 small drug baggies on the floor, when we first walked in so there is no way they swept the room. First visit to Palm Beach (Lake Worth) Very clean. Kitchenette is good (full-sized fridge, large microwave, two-burner countertop stove). No dishes, cutlery, pots. No toaster, no coffeemaker. Excellent Cuban coffee next door available. Wifi s good. Lots of parking.

service was great room was great and location as well . continuous stampede in the room above us to late at nite and as early as 3:30am. Spoke to the day manager he said he warned them...to no avail. We were in a handicap room were im a fulltime caregiver for her. Sleep is very important to us. Perhaps it was a onetime situation. It's great for people with pets and no charge
