The stuff was nice and friendly. You can not get your room clean unless you paid for it and getting clean towels and sheets it is a fee for it.

I'd stay there again. Very clean and comfortable. Not much else. Good value, if all you need is a place to sleep.

I think this hotels is affordable. I think they need to add more amenities. I couldn’t get any ice!! Besides the traffic of the hotel this place is comfortable. I have no issues with cleanliness.

Excellent Customer Service Loved it, customer service excellent, the best of the best, this Spanish lady from Venezuela I think for her accent, she was very professional, lovely, wow excellent customer service, i have never experienced such as wonderful customer care, this lady is what I call excellence of excellence This is enough to continue booking in this hotel, the room wow amazing The only thing was we lost power at 10 pm and no ac almost the whole night and that was terrible, warm

Great Customer Service Staff Nancy and Geraldine were lovely, sweet, helpful and kind upon checking into hotel. I couldn’t locate my DL, so Namcy went to my car w my son (bc i am disabled) to search. They were pleasantly helpful and i so much appreciated them. Patrick was helpful too.
