Great Wonderful the only thing other guests walking in the hallway making lots of noises couldn’t really sleep

It was a good hotel just need more housekeepers to keep things clean auch as towels and rags

Thankfully, one night. The hotel itself was nice as a whole. However. I had to do a late check in and call to get someone to check me in which I could clearly hear someone behind the closed window(still took them at least 5min to open the window.) None of the keys worked so I had to be escorted to my room because I did not have a door key which one of the previous shifts employees who was also a guest new what was wrong and failed to fix it before his shift ended or report it to the late night shift, unprofessional.
