Shavone is the BEST! I was pleasantly surprised to discover the AWESOME customer service received from Shavone Matthews at the front office desk. She is absolutely wonderful! She is by far the most attentive, friendly, curtios, and helpful employee at the Lakeland, Florida establishment! Shavone always has a smile on her face, even while assisting customers over the phone. I recommend a promotion and/or recognition for her work ethic!
