I had to call the front desk so I could check in. When I arrived I gave them plenty of time and then called and then still had to wait. The room was just the basics, only a bar of soap with no other toiletries. Maybe you can call for them if you needed. Not a bad hotel just the basics.

Extra charges if you wanted pots, pans, plates or utinsels. Had a 2 bed with 2 prople. Only had 2 towels and wash cloths when i asked for more. I was told they inly exchage for what you have.

The office staff were absolutely caring, helpful and friendly! I booked the room for a week, but sadly had to leave for a few days and fly to Iowa where my daughter had lost her baby. My vacation was cut short, but the staff still made me feel comfortable and welcomed when I returned and ended up staying an extra night. I wish I could remember the one gal's name in the office, usually there afternoons, but I have to commend how professional and friendly she is!!! THANK YOU!!
