Better Than New. Stayed here about 10 years ago when they first opened.Usually they get run down but here it is cleaner and nicer than before.Management has done a great job staying on top of the property.New bedding was comfortable.Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.Will definitely stay again if in the area

Schoon, goedkoop zonder enige vorm van luxe Het hotel is prima voor een simpel, kort verblijf. Geen enkele luxe. Kamer is schoon, ruikt alleen onfris. Aardige mensen bij receptie.

Best buy (value) for the money! Spent 7 days there Aug. 2016. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was polite and friendly. Front desk is not open 24/7. Rooms and halls look new. I'm surprised you can still get this quality for reasonable prices. Kudos to you.

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay and aren't expecting it to be luxury this should do. I loved my room (it was clean and didn't smell of smoke) the staff were very friendly and every guest I encountered was friendly as well. The only thing I didn't anticipate was paying for my own dishes and pots/pans, but the hotel offered a set for 2 people that you can keep afterwards for $39.99. Like I said, it wasn't very fancy but it was very nice for the price I paid! I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area... read more

Nice hotel The staff was courteous and professional. the rooms were very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen and microwave.along with the refrigerator made it feel almost like home.i highly recommend this place.

Value Place Lakeland Price..Good weekly Rate It was ok the staff was friendly however the neighborhood is not so great

When me and my family moved there we were in a crisis situation and overall with the staff was very helpful anytime you needed them the rooms was very nice and clean and I would recommend the stay to another family that's really in need in the time of a crisis situation....
