Are hotel room smelled like smoke all the time and we never smoked in the room the Oder was not good and u had to purchase a air freshener in order for are room to Smell good but didn’t help because the smoke smell was still there

The front desk was friendly but had very limited hours. It is a fairly new hotel but was really run down. It was super basic, no soap provided even. There were several cars in the parking lot that had flat tires that did. It look like they hade been moved in weeks or longer. It was disappointing because it is a newly developed area.
