The parking was nice, the laundry was easy

No shower for me :( No shower curtain. Elevator stifling & hot. Also elevator had a FILTHY area rug in it.

Not so great Went to check in at 4:30 PM and our room wasn't ready. When I did come back, the front desk employee kept making noises as if me checking in was an inconvenience for her. She also charged my card as opposed to asking for a different card. I called this out because selected the option to pay for the room at check in when I made the reservation. The room felt like the beds were more like day beds and some of the pillows were like plastic air bags willed with air.
