Very professional & understanding First off this was the only hotel in Brevard County that actually doesn’t expect you to drop a $250 incidental deposit! Or credit card to be charged $250! I had no problems with this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly & makes you feel welcomed! I booked this hotel because of the location since i am familiar with the area. Close to mall, movies, stores and not too far from Melbourne beach. But was sad to realize that it seems this property was being used more by displaced people and was being trated more like an apartment complex. Kids running in the halls all.day and night, loud music and people just smoking outside my room window. Not to mention there was what seemed to be mold on the ceiling in my bathroom. review Clean & tidy room, limited provisions. Coffee maker has to be bought, none supplied in room. Lat night check in, slow as no one at desk.

No staff after 11 pm. Late check in requires the use of a wall phone and no one picked up. Finally someone got us in. Beds and pillows very average. Room and interior clean and well presented but the lack of staff after 11 is concerning. The front desk has a pull down security blind after 11. Not reassuring. Hotel was full and loud. Poor vending. We won’t stay at this brand again.

We love staying @ Woodbridge Spring Suite.# Cris and Carol are excellent in customer service at the front desk. The housekeeping are excellent! When you enter the room, you can feel the freshness! There’s a young lady that clean the room really good and makes it smell good! We love it ! Woodbridge Spring Suite is unique and it makes you feel welcome! May God Blessed All of Us and stay safe!
