Getaway Our stay was pleasant, we enjoyed the area. When we first arrived we met people that were placed here because of hurricane Irma. Staff was pleasant and courteous.

Great price, great location, little noisy Looks newly renovated. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great price. Walls are thin and windows not insulated very well so you hear people moving things around and people talking outside. Overall great stay.

Clean hotel for overnight, no amenities We were visiting FIT for the weekend (college visit) and needed a simple and cost effective place to stay. This extended stay hotel is clean, and there are interesting folks staying here (living here?) that earlier reviews stated. My main disappointment was the lack of any place to "chill" (i.e. lounge, pool, little outdoor patio - anything!) and the lack of any kitchen items, even though there is a kitchenette. New clean. Needs basic supplies Nice to have a kitchenette but zero cooking or eating utensils make it impossible to use. Coffee pot should be a bare minimum.
