Clean Good for a nice, clean, comfortable bed to sleep in but not much of anything else. Service is not great and they charge for every little thing. Good thing I was only there to sleep.
Walls and floors thin could hear people talking and walking. People cooking so the hallways had too many smells. Dog in room near elevated barking.
Everything was great except for the fact that you can HEAR EVERYTHIG! From walking down the hallways hearing from inside the room, to hearing the room next door which they were not loud talking, you can tell they’re just having a Normal conversation but can hear every single thing! There’s also no iron, or hair dryer and internet is a sub charge .
The hallways were well lit at night and kept very clean. The room size was comfortable and clean. The staff was very accommodating when needed. It was an easy check in and out. I would stay and also recommend WoodSpring Suites in the future.
Fantastic Loved the property it’s was bright, spotless and inviting. Slept so well. Everything looked new & clean. Would most definitely return if in area. Because of lovely stay we booked WoodSpring’s Miami
Nice extended stay for business Hotel staff is accommodating. Hotel is clean and new.
Nice, clean room. Suite has cooking facilities but no pots, pans, utensils or dishes. Would only recommend a spare roll of toilet paper in bathroom..
Terrible customer service. We arrived about an hour early for check in. As I entered and walked up to the front desk , the person in the front , without looking at me , asked me “ how can I help you ?” I said , “ I know I’m early , but I’m here to see if I can check in “. Continuing to not even look at me , and to do what he was doing , he answered “ we don’t check in until 3” ..... and then awkward silence. All he had to say say was I’m sorry , but no .....
