Hotel was a little outdated. Our door to our room was really hard to open and shut due to it getting jammed up. Upon checking in I had to wait a good 15 minutes till someone came up to the front desk. But she was very nice after! Rooms were decent...a little rundown though.

The person at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant. He was doing his best to deal with a malfunctioning computer system while training a very new employee so check-in at 11:45 pm took about 15 minutes but it certainly wasn’t his fault—computer system needs work though. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, and the pillows weren’t those really high ones that look comfortable but give you a neck ache. It is not a hotel. Duh! But they could have maintained it better. Outside is nice but ‘hotel’ guests were long term guests.

Just Ok. Breakfast is granola bars, oatmeal packets and packaged muffins. A light bulb was missing in a lamp in the room. The refrigerator made a sound similar to dripping water all night. The a/c was on (fridged) or off (sweltering). There was a hole in the wall fro a door knob in the stairwell. Laminate floors seemed nice, but allow you to track whatever is on the floor into bed with you.

Very quiet and clean. More room for work , toiletries than most motels

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Had a problem getting the shower water warm. I had booked two rooms (1 for my wife & I and 1 for my son). At 10 pm someone tried to enter my son's room and said they were given the room by the front desk. Later someone from Extended Stay came up and asked for my son's ID to verify who he was. Apparently they didn't register the room that they assigned to us.

For an overnight stay, it was fine. I was disappointed by the “breakfast” in the morning but I guess since the room has a kitchen, one was expected to make your own breakfast. Coffee was the only real item available.
