Nice Kitchenette !! Roomy spacious suite; loved having the kitchenette with full refrigerator / freezer ~

family reunion Our first stay at Extended Stay, surprise, it is not extended service, we were not told that you do not get room service, they clean only after we leave, you have to ask for the coffee maker, coffee, cups, etc... It would be the last choice as far as future hotel/motel stays. The manager was very pleasant when we asked why the room was not cleaned, etc., we were not told ahead of time by the desk clerk so he gave us a voucher for a free stay in the future.
Ok Nothing fancy. Hotel was ok but I'm more used to full service properties.

Great stay Great room at a great rate. I just wish the continental breakfast, would of had some juice.

Waukesha stay Teresa at the front desk was amazing. Very professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating. The nice thing about this hotel is the kitchen. - Convenient The bad thing about this hotel is the kitchen. -Whatever anyone has cooked before you leaves a lingering smell. Not what I wanted to walk into when checking in. Thankfully Teresa found a room that worked for me. Breakfast was basic. Granola bars, red delicious apples (which honestly are flavorless - a better choice would have been a different type of apple)... read more
