Mixed feeling with our stay at this location The plus was the price, the con was the lack of service. I guess you get what you pay for, we had to take out our own trash to the dumpster as well as bring linens and towels back to the room from the office. The key cards constantly would fail to work, even though I kept it away from wallet or anything that would mess it up. In fact I kept the card in a pocket by itself. Not what we though Wood springs was SUPER CLEAN and the front desk ladies where SOO sweet. Though hotels.com did not state it was an extended stay hotel. Beds where SUPER uncomfortable and literally only had 2 pillows. There was a small kitchen - but not supplies. I’ve stayed at regular hotels with a kitchen that had at least supplies. The bathroom was small and literally only had the bare essentials, not even enough towels. Every time we tried to call for staff it was busy or no answer.
