Beware late check in Late check-in was a disaster. On site staff did not answer the phone. Had to call the national number and they were able to get someone. Then there was a problem with the payment from Expedia and they threatened to not allow me to checkin until i spoke with the morning manager. In the end I think it was a staff issue more than the hotel. The room was fine.
Needs Irons and Exterminators You get what you pay for. Wood Spring Suites is basic lodging. Please don't expect anything fancy here. The room was fairly clean, and appointed with a small desk, dresser, hard seat chairs, nightstand and bed. The mattress is not particularly comfortable. There are few/no clothes irons at this hotel, so be sure to bring an iron or steamer of your own. The floor needed to be swiffered. My biggest complaint was that we were greeted by a roach crawling across the floor in the morning.

Nice hotel just needs pots and pans and coffee mak It was a nice place to stay i used it to sleep and go to work i would of cooked but there was no pots and pans no silver ware no plates so if your wanting to stay bring your own pots and pans silverware and coffee pot. And plates other then that it was ok
