Good staff
Location was nice and convenient. Rooms were clean, beds were okay. The only down fall to this hotel was there is nobody who works the front desk overnight or early morning. We checked out early and left some items in the room. Both keys were in the room so I couldn’t get my items out. I called the number and no answer. I was t able to get my items, which was very frustrating.
Decent place to stay. Room was in need of some TLC but it was clean.
Sorta dissatisfied The ac didn’t work well so even though the temp said 61 it was 79 in the room, the bed that was in the room was broken so if you lay down you seeped into
Up to expectations with this brand---TV channels need improving for extended stay folks. Good location for access to downtown OKC and shopping.

Our room was clean. There was no breakfast, no coffee pot, no soap or shampoo, and basically NO amenities. Nothing.

The property was very clean. Noise was terrible. Didn’t have shampoo and coffee maker but had everything else. Floor was dirty. Found Bobbie pins and rubber bands for your hair on the floor. The lady at the check in desk was great.
