THE BEST STAFF YOU COULD ASK FOR!!! Jennifer, the DM and the other night gentlemanl were the best that 2 mom's could have ever asked for. ...They went above and beyond the call of duty, and we were there for about a week. ..we absolutely love them and their wonderful hotel! !!!

Good facility. Front desk personnel nice. Stayed 1 week. The room was ony done once. Hotel Sign offers 7th night free but they didn't honor their offer.

Everything was good except the towel situation! Having to go all the way down to the front desk from the 4th floor to get towels every day after working 13 hrs and getting in after 10pm each night. They wouldn't give you clean towels unless you brought your dirty ones down first! Wouldn't let you bring them the next morning on your way out. Nice accommodations, but I won't stay here again. I am a vendor and I'm in OKC every year to work the State Fair!

Didn't get much sleep Above us sounded like a human bowling alley! After hrs and hoping it would calm down I did report it,and it did settle down some! Need better pillows or extras, needs hand towel!
