Everything was good except the towel situation! Having to go all the way down to the front desk from the 4th floor to get towels every day after working 13 hrs and getting in after 10pm each night. They wouldn't give you clean towels unless you brought your dirty ones down first! Wouldn't let you bring them the next morning on your way out. Nice accommodations, but I won't stay here again. I am a vendor and I'm in OKC every year to work the State Fair!
Didn't get much sleep Above us sounded like a human bowling alley! After hrs and hoping it would calm down I did report it,and it did settle down some! Need better pillows or extras, needs hand towel!
The management is very friendly and try to make your stay as easy as possible.

Bad service No friendly service I booked a room with two beds shows up they only had a room with one bed over all the service was poor the lady in the front desk did not take to well to me letting her know that was not what I had reserved she didn't even take the time to hear us out
Very good extended stay. Very good hotel, great location, clean, good size room, flat screen tv, very good kitchen & nice laundry I recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a nice extended stay.
A good value My suite was spotless and had a clean refreshing smell. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate and spotless as well. The kitchen had all needed appliances to prepare or heat a meal but be forewarned there were no dishes or cooking utensils. Parking was plentiful and free. While the location was open and safe it is very close to I-40 so there is quite a bit of road noise. Overall it was a comfortable stay and an excellent value I will stay there again and often.
Well rested mother of twins. Front desk staff is beyond helpful. Superb customer skills and prompt with a solution to any problem. They exceeded my expectations I decided to stay 4 more days.
Amazing staff and service I was amazed! I got more than I expected from the staff. I have been having an amazing experience! I'm still here for a little while longer, but the staff, especially the GM, Jermaine, and Tyler, the front desk attendant, have been attentive and accomdating. Also, the housekeeping staff have been friendly and help me in anyway that they can. I had an issue with Hotels.com, but it was immediately taken care of, by Jermaine.
