Thanks for a great stay!The front desk staff was extremely hospitable at every check point. Room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area was always clean and inviting. Quiet and comfortable stay!

We had reserved the room through our Southwest Rapid Rewards account. When we arrived, we found the hotel had been trying to reach us to let us know they no longer had the type of room we requested. But SW had given them incorrect information, so they did not have our phone number. This was totally SW's fault. They still gave us a room! And worked very hard to be sure we were happy with it. We had a good one-night stay. The front desk help was very courteous. Our room was nice and cool and clean when we arrived. The kitchen would have been nice if we were staying longer. There is nothing fancy about this hotel but it served its purpose. They were installing new flooring throughout the hotel. (July 24 - ************)

Stayed at **********, ***, **. Our room was ready at 4:20 but many were not. Witnessed many frustrated people. Room was clean. As we were packing to leave prior to check out time housekeeping was knocking on the door. We still had 20 minutes until check out time. Thought this was unnecessary.
