Priced right It was a pleasant stay

We had reserved a non-smoking room. However, when we arrived, we were told the non-smoking rooms were already given out. We were ready to call hotels.com to ask for a refund, but the attendant was able to find a non-smoking room all of the sudden and was able to honor our original request. The beds were small and not very comfortable, but the room was clean.

Nice room but smoky The room was very nice but the room smelled like marijuana and the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke.

Not what it was made out to be. Checked in and got a non smoking room. When I got in the room it reeked of cigarettes and the smoke detector kept beeping. Had to complain in order to get a new room. The next room we got had recent repairs done, there were patches in the ceiling they didn't bother painting to cover up the repairs. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The "standard" bed size for every single room in the hotel is a full size bed. Most of the outdoor key readers did not work and parking was awful.

When I checked in, the first room I was given was actually occupied. The second room was fine, however there were metal shavings on the floor from where the lock had been worked on. They are in the process of changing from Value Place to Woodsprings. Not a bad place to stay, but they have some things to fix.
