Beware!!! For some unknown reason, the hotel canceled my reservation for absolutely no reason when I was in the air flying from California to Florida. They tried to run my credit card that I used to secure the reservation thru Hotels.com and their computer had an error that rejected my card. They canceled my reservation! When we got to the hotel at 8:00pm that evening, I was met with this. Luckily they were not full and I was able to re-book. I lost all of my rewards from Hotels.com and there was no solution. Excelent experience The facilities and staff are very nice and kind. Well what can I say everything was great. Definitely my spouse and I gonna return soon.

Airport stay. We stayed there to be very close to Orlando airport for an early morning flight. Appears fairly new and therefore very clean. Reception, although non-24 hour, was friendly and accommodating.

Not again!! When we first got to check in, there was no one at the front desk! We rang the bell and had to wait on the gentleman finish a personal phone call which we could hear from the lobby! Then when we got to the room and called down for an extra pillow, we were told we had to come down to the front desk to get it!! Do not plan on staying here again!!

Extended Stay Hotel ??? Didn't know this was a extended stay hotel......no housekeeping...only 2 towels and two rolls of TP for eight days...no restaurant...hard to find off freeway...use your GPS

Hotel Limpo e Confortável Foi perfeito, pessoal muito atencioso! Me senti em casa literalmente, nada é feito sem você pedir! Entrada e Saída via cartão, estacionamento gratuito! Com certeza irei retornar.

Bring your own towels.. lol Hotel was okay, their was no staff around. Never came to change our linens or towels the 4 days we were there. When asked for clean towels, the it's maintenance worker said they were washing at the moment. Laminate floors were sticky from not being mopped. AC worked great. Overall it was alright we just showered and slept. Alright price
