Need improvement There was a strange smell in the room, it was a none smoking room but I smelled cigarette through the electric box coming into my room.

The hotel manager is amazing. Shes so friendly and welcoming. the male who works the front desk is beyond rude. The hotel itself is very clean, amd worth the money. Its located near everything you would need. And i love that this is an extended stay. I just wish it wasnt so hard toget housekeeping. Ive been aasking for the past 5 days for housekeeping and still have yet to get it (primarily due to the male working the front desk.
