Staff was courteous. A little inconvenient to go northbound on Goldenrod as you have to go right and go through 2 lights to make a u-turn at a very busy intersection. Goldenrod can also back up quite heavily in the afternoon making it aggravating to get the hotel location. And btw you take out your own trash here as it is not a typical hotel. Even though there was information in the room about asking for plates, utensils and other cooking items, this was not the case as they do not provide those things.

Thank you for this thoughtful review. I'm sorry it was a little tricky at first to get to us. About the cookware, we do not stock rooms to help keep our rates affordable. Many guests prefer to bring their own cookware for the kitchen, but we do offer kits (a Simply Cooking Kit and a Simply Dining Kit) for purchase at the Front Desk if that better meets your needs. I'm so sorry this was not what you were expecting and that it did not meet your needs. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best in your future travels.

My stay It was a nice hotel but service was slow and had an issue but they resolved it to my safaction

Wrong information We rented a non smoking room the first thing we found was crushed cigarette in the room and in your website said ketchen utinsols and there ain’t any

No toilet paper. No coffee maker or hsurdryer. Barking dog in a nearby room. Neighbor's tv on all night.
