Pardon our short comings!! Our stay was an overnight prior to surgery at a nearby hospital. The blankets covering the sheets had stains on them that bleach probably wouldn’t get out.... Directly behind the hotel was a construction site. There is no seating in the lobby; oh wait there was no lobby, just a hallway. No pool, no ice machines, and no food offered.... The staff was the only bright spot and the only reason we stayed. She should be considered for a raise, she was that good

Woodspring suite stay The room was infested with roaches. AC was marginal - with AC at max the room temp was still warm, thermostat is off.

Meh Discovered after second day the phone did not work. Tried several times to exchange and it seems the front desk is rarely staffed. Having taught customer service for a major national transportation company I believe this company could use my services. It is not a pleasant location as there is much traffic noise and sirens. The refrigerator - set on normal - froze everything.
