Seems difficult to switch rooms . from the East side to the West/// so much Traffic noise.
I had called to say my check in would be late because I couldn't do an early check in. I got there at 9:30pm, called the front desk number. I had to wait for someone to come and check me in. I did not feel safe standing in the little vestibule with all my bags and my son having to wait for someone to check me in. It was about 10 minutes and I don't mind waiting but it didn't feel safe to me. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly.
