Seems difficult to switch rooms . from the East side to the West/// so much Traffic noise.
I had called to say my check in would be late because I couldn't do an early check in. I got there at 9:30pm, called the front desk number. I had to wait for someone to come and check me in. I did not feel safe standing in the little vestibule with all my bags and my son having to wait for someone to check me in. It was about 10 minutes and I don't mind waiting but it didn't feel safe to me. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. We are pleased to see conditions of rooms has improved. Cleaner and ready for us. We were a bit early and were able to check in. our only issue is that you need more than one cart for luggage. I am also not sure but saw dogs?
