My stay was for 3 nights. The room was clean and my stay was pleasant. The location was convenient (close to Hospital, reason for my stay) and affordable. Would I stay here again, No. Note: The photos online are deceiving and the front desk was closed every time I passed by it (various hours of the day). I think I just lucked out that some one was there to check me in. They don't open till 10am on the weekends, so checking out; I had to leave my cards at the counter, because I left at 9am to catch a flight.

Towels what’s not clean hair all over the bed. Not sanitary in the bathroom

Our staff works diligently to do a thorough cleaning upon your arrival - and we are so disappointed to see that we fell short in this area during your stay and that there was hair present on the linens, and problems with overall cleanliness. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this caused and the negative impact that it created. This issue will be handled with our housekeeping team so that we can make sure that we are improving the experience for all our current and future guests.
The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and I felt secure in my room.
