Nice place to stay in Kissimmee The hotel was clean and the check in was very pleasant. It is a newer hotel and within walking distance to several restaurants. The hotel is very pet friendly, with reasonable fees. We would definitely stay there again.
Hidden Fees EVERYWHERE. Im surprised they dont make you pay for the air you breathe while there. You are nickel and dimed for every little thing. Internet? Pay a Fee. Use of a coffee maker? Fee. Clean towels? Fee. Iron/Ironing Board? Fee. Change of sheets? Fee. More toiletries? Fee. Cleaning the room more than once in a 2 week period? Fee. Good go to option for Orlando hotel Quick weekend getaway with friends, so needed an affordable, clean and safe place to stay in Orlando. This place worked out for that!

Won’t stay there again Even though the property is fairly new I probably won’t stay here again. You could tell the room was halfway cleaned but wasn’t filthy. Found a plastic package under the sink which had a distinct shape of a dildo. You’re given minimal towels and have to pay to exchange them for fresh ones. Grounds were trashy, people partying in the back parking lot every night. It’s obvious people live here. Tv was out for 2 days.
