The property was fantastic. Newly built hotel located between multiple dining places. The staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. The washing and drying was clean and easy to use. The elevator did take a while at time but not too bad. I would definitely recommend if you want to stay off Disney property but still close to the property.

The hotel was only a 6 minute drive to Animal Kingdom. There was plenty to do around the hotel.

Horrible service We had a kitchen with completely no utensils no hair dryer no ironing board or iron the room said to contact the front desk for all these thins no one ever answers the phone it goes straight to voicemail when I went downstairs to ask in person the curtains were closed and no one attending you it was crazy horrible service!! I was shocked i had to go spend money in Walgreens to feed my kids breakfast to serve them the food because we had no way to eat our food

I liked the property that it is located that everything is close, and it is very quiet, but the sheets can be seen to be old, they do not look good, the rooms smell like cigarettes.

me asusto algunos de los comentarios... pero nos fue super bien, esta nuevo, la habitación limpia, muy completa, por el precio es una muy buena opción. una recomendacion: es tener cafe para en mañana para los huéspedes.... very good option, ubication very convenient, close to restaurants and Animal Kingdom... clean rooms and comfortable...
