Great customer service ! I never made it to the hotel because of car failure. But Extended Stay was kind enough to allow me to cancel after the cancellation time that was in the reservation contract. Thank you Extended Stay, I will definitely book with you next year when I go to Daytona Bike Week.

Overnight stay before cruise We arrived late after check in and the clerk was very fast at coming to the door to let us in. Checking in was a breeze. Room was clean and comfy bed.
