Desk Troll Of the past 2 nights, I was having a quality experience until this morning - I asked the lady at the front desk for 4$ Worth of quarters for laundry and the level of completely uncalled for rudeness blew my mind, and I'm from New York. Around 10:00 I asked her when late checkout was and she told me that it was at 11:30 and fired off authoritatively that I had to let her know and I couldn't leave without bringing the keys back. Awesome hotel!!! My family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the staff we're very friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable!!!

Be very careful Beware which type of room you book. Although all of their rooms feature sofa sleepers, some of the sofa beds are only single sized. Not knowing this, we booked a room with a queen sized bed and a sofa bed for us and our two children. When we discovered the single sized soda bed, we brought it to their attention. They didn't help us at all. No rooms to move us to, no rollaway beds. Their solution was to give us or money back and we could leave. Terrible service, and they said it was somehow our fault.
