Good Hotel Nice place, good for long vacations, a little far from Orlando but ok within 35 minutes

New Years 2015 Only stayed one night as we were just in town for New Years Eve. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was nice, small sofa bed only fit one of the kids so that was kinda disappointing. Morning breakfast was ok except for the one family who came with walmart bags and proceeded to take all the food that was there. Staff was accommodating though they went in pantry and got whatever we wanted, still felt bad for the staff though.
Very clean and cozy. My only complaint is that I booked a room with a kitchenette and the kitchen supplies were very limited. Other than than my mom, my two girls and myself had a comfortable stay and would come back anytime.
Wonderful! Chris is the man!! I really appreciated his excellent customer service. I have been traveling the past month so to receive genuine, kind, and friendly service was refreshing. It made my stay that much more enjoyable. Being that I travel with extended stay frequently, I must admit this one stands out as the best in my mind. Clean, safe, quiet, and smells great. Is not far from Orlando so it was cheaper We enjoyed staying at the hotel the pool was empty for most of the our staff the hotel staff was friendly there were no issues regarding our stay I want to thank especially the manager Chris he did a wonderful job helping us adjust our stage and he made us feel very welcome thank you extended Stay America
Bad Start The handicap room was the farest from the elevator. The room I was given was never made up from the day before. The staff got me into a room and was a lot of help. She was very help full for the rest of my stay.

Great place with friendly staff Great hotel, was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we discovered we had been upgraded to a suite so we were stoked about that!

Very quiet hotel and very friendly, helpful staff. Everything was better than we expected - needed to ask for the coffeemaker and cups which surprised me but it was no problem in getting anything we needed!
