Good inexpensive option For the price it met my expectations. Good sized room with a kitchenette (although I didn't use it at all). Clean overall - bathroom, bed, towels, etc - with the only thing standing out being the refrigerator. It was dented and looked old although clean on the inside. Again, I didn't use the any parts of the kitchenette so this is more of a casual observation. The breakfast options were slim but the fresh-brewed coffee was very good. Good overall value.

You get what you pay for... I had to anticipate our yearly trip to Orlando and I had to find something good and affordable. Extended Stay sounded like a good option. For $89.00 bucks a night I expected a little more. Friendly staff at check in is good, waiting in line for almost 20 minutes is not. The spaceful room with a mini kitchen came handy but nothing was really clean and neat. Great service, not so great accommodations Accidentally booked hotel room through wrong website online and hotel staff quickly helped us rectify our mistake even though they could have charged us for it. Rebooked hotel and found the staff to be very pleasant and professional. However, we found a used styrofoam coffee cup on the side of our bed upon entering our room and found the overall appearance of the room to be rather drab and old looking. Good for a one-night stay, though.

Worst nite ever!!! Very noisy, paper thin walls, hair in shower, sheets wear already wrinkled for me, smelled used. no coffee or breakfast at 8:00 am. Room service took 65 minutes.

Perfect stay except for one MAJOR problem Overall the experience was great, hotel served its purpose, HOWEVER friday night around 1 in the morning someone opened my locked door and attempted to enter the room. Fortunately im a light sleeper heard the door open and was able to jump up and rush the door, before the door closed i was able to see it was a staff member with a walkie-talkie and key to my room.
