Safe and secure i loved it. no complaints
Nice location... Easy to find. Easy check in and out. Feels like home away from home.
Estadia curta. Bem centralizado. Estadia de 10d. Cozinha completa porém tem que comprar todos os utensílios. Cozinhamos todos os dias. Limpeza do quarto é feita de 15 em 15d. Acredito que tenham pessoas que moram neste hotel. Ouvimos crianças e bastante movimentação. Funcionárias da recepção atenciosas.
Hotel stay Pretty much enjoyable stay,walls are somewhat thin.
Transitioning Ive been here 2 weeks so far and it started out great, however I noticed the walls and flooring are thin. Guests above us have a child that stays up all hours of the night running around. And because the flooring is thin we hear and feel every thud. Although theres little the office staff can do, they've been great as far as listening and being professional. Other than that its been a pleasure staying here. Its clean and for the most part quiet.

Great Value Needed a place to stay for Grande Lakes meeting Marriott was full. Just went back and forth had all the amenties I needed from Ritz and Marriott and saved $400 a night. Yeah I loved the value. Other than that staff was very friendly bed was comfortable, everything I needed. I could see someone needing an extended stay being happy with it.
Friendly staff but not clean. Immediately walked into the room and smelled smoke even though it was advertised as a non-smoking room. The shower head had a wet rag wrapped around it for an unknown reason. There was hair everywhere including the sink, shower and bed. The bed sheets were itchy. It was certainly minimal in all respects. The best part was the staff which were very friendly. They even called to make sure I was still checking in even though it was late at night.
