Business trip worthy Used for a 4 day business trip. Room was clean. Area secure. Staff nice. Will stay here again.

Si vas a universal , en menos de 10 minutos llegas El hotel por fuera tiene bonita presencia , para entrar debes tener llaves de las habitaciones así que es seguro. Tiene nevera y cocina , lo que es bueno , pero a diferencia de otros que también tienen cocina ,este no tiene los utensilios, platos,vasos,cubiertos,ollas, nada. Todo lo tiene que llevar la persona y esto es incomodo. La alfombra del cuarto están un poco feas por el tiempo y el uso. Pero en general y por el precio y la ubicación , lo recomiendo.

Comentario contructivo La estadia estuvo buena, en 9 noches nunca limpiaron la habitacion, la ubicacion perfecta centrica, servicio al cliente a+ pero si sabes que tienes un cliente mas de 6 dias debes darlen mantenimiento o servicio a la habitacion como en las toallas y papel de baño

Orlando weekend When we arrived the front desk clerk was going to charge me more than what I had reserved through hotels.com Somehow the hotel did not have the correct information of my reservation. I had to go through the hassle of looking for the correct info in my email and show it to the front desk clerk then e mail it to her. All this while there was people in line behind me waiting to finish my transaction. Also hotel does not include free WIFI like other hotels now days.

Comfortable I live here and been here a year already. Its clean and very at home like. Perfect when u wana cook food. It is very comfortable the staff is personable n very friendly

Upstairs neighbors Upstairs guest was always up at all hours of the night. Could hear them walking around.
