Satisfactory Descent Experience. Just didnt like the fact that you have pay more for daily housekeeping services. They only show up every 14 days. Other than that Customer Service was good

This hotel was jus ok.. It was a place to shower n lay our heads. There is no breakfast, 1 free device connect to wifi, 2 towels only when there was 4 of us, no daily housekeeping or towel changes unless you pay extra, no blow dryer, no ice machines, laundry room closes around 6 or 7 pm, shower pressure was extremely low so hard to rinse the beach life off you.. Overall i wouldnt stay here again but was clean n bug free for the 4 nights we stayed.. Good central location in fort walton and staff was nice.. Also no pool at all... read more

The bed was completely leaning to one side like it was broken. No coffee pot. The handle to the shower was broken and water wouldn’t get hot

Basic, affordable rooms Overall, this is a pretty nice hotel and the price is great for the area. My only complaints would be the almost constant weed smell in the elevator and hall areas- Though it didn’t really get into our room, thankfully. Also, the AC unit is quite loud and turns on and off constantly throughout the night. It’ll run for 15 minutes and then shut off for another 30-not sure why that was. When we got to the hotel everything didn’t turn out the way we expected. We were suppose to have 2 double beds and only had 1 and me, my wife and three kids had to pile in 1 bed. We were also told we would have WiFi and ours did not work the whole time. There were also guest in the next room that were obnoxiously loud at late hours and woke our kids up. So overall we didn’t rest much at all. We were very disappointed.
