Check out time was 11am. Had a 10am interview asked the manager if I could return after the interview and change and be out of the room no later than 1130. manager would not accommodate this small request

I am sorry that we require a 11am checkout, we are not unlike most Hotel's that have the same checkout time. We did offer to hold your luggage in a secure area and also let you know that since we are a secure building when you returned from your meeting we were happy to let you back in to use the Public Bathroom to change your clothes. No later than "11:30am" was never mentioned ?
It was ok but they had no ice machine

It was a good location. Some staff were rude and some were professional. The rooms were clean. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Basic Overnight might be okay, any length of stay and you should find another place. Floors are hardwood and weren’t swept the entire week we were there, bedding wasn’t changed that entire time either. You got two towels and had to take them to the front desk and exchange them whenever you needed more or clean ones. No real lobby, just a check in desk. Staff not incredibly friendly, except for the housekeeping staff. Beds have a single mattress on a metal frame, not real comfortable.

Not much all the good about this hotel. The staff was friendly, but not much beyond that. The rooms are not very comfortable at all - the beds/mattresses are pretty bad and they only clean the rooms/renew towels, etc every two weeks. No real amenities either on site besides on-site laundry. Too many better options in the area with far better rooms with more amenities.

Very unsatisfactory Was not happy with our stay. Desk personnel was unfriendly. First 2 nights there, our hallway & elevator smelled like marijuana. Maintenance came around trying to take care of it but still smelled it later that night. Bathroom floor had hair all over & the bathtub had a dirt ring. Beds were very uncomfortable & the tv didn’t work the first 2 nights.
