I did not like that the table in my room was very wobbly. I did not like that I had to pay extra for maid service and clean towels. I did not like there was NO coffee pot in the room. And no basic utensils available for rent, nor in the room. The room had not been mopped well when we arrived, but sink fridge, stove bathroom fixtures were clean. I probably would not stay here again.

Wasn’t the nicest place to stay, looked dirty and worn down. Shower wouldn’t drain. No blow dryers, barely any towels. Worth much less than we paid for.

We had to wait over an hour to check in because no one was at the front desk. I called numerous times, no answer. The beds are, by far, the most uncomfortable bed we've slept in. The room was very clean, and once the staff was present they were very friendly.

We are so sorry for the long wait times during check-in. Since we are more of an extended stay, we offer limited hours and we are so sorry that this created an inconvenience. We do hope that the rest of your stay was both comfortable and pleasant.
Property is centrally located close to the VPS airport and near the bay. Very convenient CVS is in the same parking lot and Publix Market is within walking distance. Rooms are average; small kitchenette with good size fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop and cabinets. No utensils, coffee pot, or cooking accessories are provided. Beds leave much to be desired but were very clean. Floors were new wood and clean. Nice area, but sketchy population.

One package includes linen exchange, another provides more frequent housekeeping, another a cookware set, etc. By allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they desire, we are able to keep our rates affordable. We are so sorry that was not what you expected and was an inconvenience during your stay. We hope you'll visit us again for a truly wonderful experience.
The rooms were very basic. No kleenex, no coffee pot, no iron or ironing bored. There was s small kitchen but no dishes, etc like advertised. All floors were lamimate which is great but they were not clean. We werent told at check out that no one would be cleaning our due to the Covid-19. We weren't told until the end of the day when we were asking about clean towels etc. Informing customers should be policy and allows customers to know what to expect.
Weed in the elevator This is not a great hotel for a family vacation. From it not being very clean to the weed smell in the elevator I was not impressed. This is mostly for shady workers coming from out of town.
