Squeaky Bed Slept on the floor as movement at night made the bed squeak loudly and woke me or my wife. I slept there so that she could rest more comfortably. Advertised weekly rate on sign says $229. Actual cost $296 one bed average room. Almost $70 in taxes???

Wonderful location and very, very clean. We have stayed at other Value Places and recommend this hotel to anyone. It is very affordable, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The staff has always been very helpful and kind to us, and the staff in this Value Place, esp. Kacy, was no exception. We always feel very welcome and would not hesitate to come back here if in the area again. It is great to have a small kitchen with a regular-sized refrigerator. Hotel Lives Up to It's Name I stayed for a week. I'd never heard of Value Place before this visit. and initially was skeptical for that very reason. However, a friend arrived a few days prior to my arrival. She spoke highly of the hotel in terms of the cleanliness and helpfulness of the management. I immediately cancelled my reservation at a much higher priced hotel and rebooked at Value Place Northeast. I'm very glad I did, and will definitely return when in the area again!

Great place, minor mishaps Wonderful hotel, very clean, however; pay online if possible. I was charged twice for my stay and it took several days to resolve the issue. Had I not had other means of paying for other expenses, I would have been left stranded. Bring lots of change for laundry, and take note that the dryer takes two cycles to completely dry your items. That said, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
