Met our needs This hotel was clean, quiet, efficient and convenient for us. We only stayed one night but there was a sink, small stove, microwave and fridge that would come in handy if we were staying longer. This hotel is also pet friendly. We would stay again.

Good customer service but at some time no one at front desk. It was closed and anyone could walk in.

Room was dirty with crumbs all over floor and had strong smell of chemicals.

Oh no! We apologize for this unpleasantness. We are known for our super clean rooms including sanitizing comforters, linens, and shower curtains between each stay. We are so sorry for disappointing you.
Although I did not understand hat I was booking a villa type hotel and not a regular hotel with daily cleaning service, I found the hotel to be satisfactory for what they offered. The room was clean however, since it had wood floors then I believe that bed mats would have made the room more comfortable.

Pleasant Stay My husband, me and our small dog stayed at the Woodsprings Suites for our 6 nights in Cranberry, PA. The staff was always friendly and approachable and accommodating. Our check in and check out process went smoothly. The kitchen area with full size refrigerator was great. Paper and soap Supplies and kitchen utensils were very Limited. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was good and we had a very pleasant stay!
