I think the hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. When we checked in late Friday night the man at the front desk made sure we had parking (as it was packed!) and even offered to move his car and give us his space if we needed him too! That was so above and beyond!

The hotel seemed to be more for long term guests, but it was fine, the linens and pillows were lacking but clean. There was no remote control in my room for the TV. Also the noise from other rooms went though the walls. It did have small kitchen, while I did not use it, I would have if I was long term guest.

It was obviously refreshed but no holder for toilet paper. No staff after 10pm. Hidden charges after check in. I actually canceled a 30 day stay because long stay serviced are lacking without paying more. Only cleaned every 2 weeks. Had to bring dirty towels to replace and no fresh sheets between cleaning.

About the room cleaning and towels, it sounds like you were not aware of our unique approach to lodging --- that guests pay a base rate and then add only the services and amenities that are important to them. Many guests just love creating a customized experience that is easier on the budget. We include room cleaning service every 14 days in the base rate, but more frequent service can be requested. Renovated rooms. Easy access. Coffee was good. Original reservation through Expedia was for two beds. Recieved a notice the next day it was unavailable and we settled for a single king.
