The place was clean, the staff was friendly, but this hotel is as bare bones as it gets! My one night stay was so far from the entry way it took forever to get my stuff back in the car. People actually live in this hotel, and they allow them to smoke in their rooms!

We do allow smoking on a designated floor which is common in most hotels. We apologize that your stay with us was not 100% satisfied as we strive to provide that to all of our guests.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Clean room. It was great having a large refrigerator. Room had an odor and the toilet tank didn't fill with water. Both the tub and sink drains were slow to drain. The walls are very thin so be sure to take ear plugs.

Our stay was good, I was frustrated by the location where the only exit was crossing an extremely busy road without a traffic light.

You get what you pay for. The WoodSpring Suites was a basic, no-frills experience. The location is convenient, close to Interstate 15. The bedding is adequately comfortable but nothing close to luxurious; the air conditioner unit was quite loud even at the lowest setting which didn't help sleep. That said, it's quite cheap and does what it says.

Invest in new beds This was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. We just needed a place to lay our heads coming through Utah and this was a reasonable hotel; however, sleeping in the car might have been comparable to that bed. Other than that it was fine.

I enjoyed the hotel staff most of all. Hillery was kind, helpful, understanding and accommodating. I also liked meeting Tamby who was friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. I thought the location was convenient. Being close to the freeway and local stores. I didn't really need to travel far to get what I wanted. I liked the laundry facilities, but wished there was one on each floor. The kitchenet was a good size with a favorable amount of counter space.
