Good location Nice hotel has kitchenette in it but there was no water in the toilet and the bed keep making noise. I'm not a smoker and the rooms were non smoking but the hallway and elevator stunk so bad like cigarette smoke

Extraordinarily long wait at check-in Had to wait more than 15 minutes for someone to get to the front desk to check me in. Apparently the phone system wasn't working and by shear luck the worker on call happened to walk by and checked me in.

Great Location Location is perfect for those wishing to visit both Salt Lake City and the Orem/Provo areas. Close to the Utah transit station if you don't wish to drive to Salt Lake City. Just cross the bridge over the interstate to find shopping locations to stock up on the groceries you'll need for your stay. I rated the hotel staff OK- only in that they are not at the front desk all the time. But you can dial them from the courtesy phone in lobby and they are quick to respond. They are friendly and helpful.
