The customer service and respect changes. The value for the price is good however, there seems to be some issues with the cost for requesting small things. Unfortunately it seems as if the way some of the employees treated me after I made my reservation changed. They were nice when I first arrived to talk about making another reservation and when I made the reservation it seemed like some of the employees treat you like they dont care or about you r need you anymore and are disrespectful. Worth the price Bed is cheaply made and for a person that lives at hotels for work this has been the worst bed out of my 5 months working for Sprint. Also the high speed internet that you pay for separately is a decent speed but you might have trouble watching 480p video on YouTube or Netflix at peak internet use hours. Also walls are paper thin, u will hear things easily, it’s annoying

Hotel was new but very simple. Beds were comfy, but not special.it suited out needs as a place to sleep, then back on the road.
